Ironbook
Ironbook does not collect any data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no servers of ours.
Your templates, workouts and records are stored only on your device, in the app's own storage. A small summary of your week (sessions, streak, latest PR) is shared with Ironbook's own Home Screen widget on the same device. Deleting the app deletes all of it.
Apple Health. Only if you turn it on in Settings, Ironbook saves each finished workout to Apple Health as strength training, with its start and end time. Ironbook never reads anything from Health, never sends Health data anywhere, and never uses it for advertising.
Notifications and the rest timer. The rest timer's Lock Screen display and its end-of-rest alert are created on the device. Nothing is sent to a server.
Purchases are handled by Apple. We never see your payment details.
