Every purchase on shop.tensorust.com goes through Stripe Checkout. You can pay by card or with Apple Pay on supported Apple devices, and Stripe also shows other methods it supports where you are, such as Cash App Pay, Klarna, Amazon Pay or a bank payment. Card details go to Stripe and never reach our site. Prices are in US dollars.

No. You can buy as a guest with just your email. If you create an account later with the same email, your past orders show up there.

No. Apps, spreadsheets, kits and notebooks in the shop are a one-time price. The only monthly charges are services that say /mo, like the distribution plans and the build retainer.

Stripe sends you back to an order page with a download link for each file. Each link works for 15 minutes. Opening the order page again makes fresh links, so bookmark it.

Log in to your account at shop.tensorust.com/account. It lists everything bought with your email, with fresh download links. You can also reopen your order page, or email support@tensorust.com from the address you paid with.

Unzip the download. Open the .html file in any browser, the .xlsx in a spreadsheet app, or the notebook in Jupyter. Most zips include a Quick Start Guide.

Orders are matched by the email used at checkout, so we show them once we know the email is yours. Buy anything while logged in, open the order page from your purchase while logged in, or use Forgot password: using the link support emails you confirms the address.

Use Forgot password and enter your email. A person on our support team checks the request and emails you a reset link within one business day. The link works once and expires after 1 hour. Reset links only come from support@tensorust.com, and we never ask for your password.

Passwords are stored as argon2id hashes, never in plain text. Sessions use secure, HttpOnly cookies that expire after 7 days. Repeated wrong passwords lock the login for 15 minutes.

Works or I fix it: if a download doesn't open or doesn't work as described, email support@tensorust.com or call (914) 312-5691 within 30 days and I fix it or send you a working copy. Beyond that, all sales are final and there are no refunds. Full policy: shop.tensorust.com/refunds

No. Deposits are non-refundable and credited toward your project.

Cancel anytime. Your access runs to the end of the period you paid for, with no refunds for partial periods.

Use it yourself or in your own business, for as long as you like. The files are yours to keep, with no account or subscription needed to keep using them. Most apps are a single offline HTML file that runs in your browser.

You do. On a build project you own the code, the design and the release setup.

Scope and price are agreed in writing before any work starts. You pay 50% to start and 50% on delivery, and work starts within two weeks. A Prototype sprint is $9,500 and takes 2 weeks. An App Store launch is from $28,000 and takes 6 to 8 weeks. An AI build is from $18,000 and takes 3 to 6 weeks. Details at tensorust.com/build.

Exactly 50% of the listed price: $4,750 for the sprint, $14,000 for an App Store launch and $9,000 for an AI build. For prices that start at a base ("from"), the deposit is 50% of the base, and the final scope is confirmed on a kickoff call.

Advisory is $225 an hour for code review, advice and small changes; you can buy 1, 2 or 5 hours, then we book the time by email. The retainer is from $9,000 a month for ongoing work, billed monthly by Stripe.

The order page asks for your project details, and we reply from support@tensorust.com within one business day. The Launch Teardown arrives within 24 hours, the Launch Check within 48 hours, and Check + Fix delivers fixes within 5 days.

Email support@tensorust.com from the address you paid with and we will cancel it. Access runs to the end of the paid period, with no refunds for partial periods. The founding distribution pilot is $500 a month for 3 months, then $1,000 a month, or you cancel.

No. The iPhone apps are free to download on the App Store, with one optional Pro upgrade inside, and Apple handles that payment. Find them at tensorust.com/apps.

The apps need no account. Each app has its own privacy policy, linked from its page at tensorust.com/apps.
