App Store Connect message · first-hand fix · checked Oct 24, 2026
"Review the updated Paid Applications Schedule"
The message: Review the updated Paid Applications Schedule
Short answerThe banner means Apple changed the Paid Applications agreement and the Account Holder must accept it in App Store Connect (Business, or Agreements, Tax, and Banking). Until then you can be blocked from submitting updates, in-app purchases and subscriptions. Only the Account Holder role can accept; admins and developers cannot.
Why it happens
The Paid Applications Schedule is the contract that lets you sell apps and in-app purchases. When Apple revises it, sales keep working but new paid items and some submissions wait for the new terms.
When we hit it
We hit it in October 2026 in the middle of a subscription rollout: the banner appeared and paid submissions could not go out until Matthew, the Account Holder, accepted the updated schedule. Our automation (API keys with the Admin role) could do everything else, but not this.
Fix, step by step
- Sign in as the Account Holder.
- Open Business (Agreements, Tax, and Banking).
- Open the Paid Apps agreement, review and accept the new terms.
- Retry the submission; nothing else needs to change.
