Does it matter?
Justifying each allow helps readers understand the reasoning, and may allow removing allow attributes if their purpose is obsolete.
Lints that forbid language features for specific codebases (no unwrap, no indexing...). Off by default; pick them one by one, never the whole group.
How to fix it
Clippy does not fix this one automatically. Change the code by hand:
Flagged
#![allow(clippy::some_lint)]
Write this instead
#![allow(clippy::some_lint, reason = "False positive rust-lang/rust-clippy#1002020")]
Turn it off, or on
It is off by default. To use it, set it to warn or deny:
Whole crate (Cargo.toml)
[lints.clippy]
allow_attributes_without_reason = "warn"In code
#![warn(clippy::allow_attributes_without_reason)]One run
cargo clippy -- -W clippy::allow-attributes-without-reasonThe [lints] table needs Rust 1.74 or newer. In a workspace, put it under [workspace.lints.clippy] and add [lints] workspace = true to each member.

Why restrict this?
Justifying each allow helps readers understand the reasoning,
and may allow removing allow attributes if their purpose is obsolete.
Example
#![allow(clippy::some_lint)]
Use instead:
