Short answerTensorust Research is the data desk of Tensorust, a software studio in New York. We collect the numbers behind this site (real downloads for 1,000 Rust crates, prices for 71 AI models, App Store review times, Steam launch data), publish the method next to every dataset, and log every correction in public. Our crate study was featured in This Week in Rust #674.

How we work
- Collection is code. Our own scripts and AI agents read public sources (crates.io, provider pricing pages, Steam, SteamSpy) and our own accounts (App Store Connect mail, Steamworks) on a schedule, into dated caches. A site build only reads those caches.
- Rules decide, not moods. Every verdict on a data page comes from rules printed on that page.
- We show our work. Sources and read times sit next to each number; the tables are CSV; the methods page covers every dataset in one paragraph each.
- We fix in public. Errors go on the corrections log with the date.
- We use AI agents and say so. Agents do much of the collecting, drafting and checking here; what they publish follows the rules above.
