TestFlight
Short answerTestFlight is Apple's beta channel: internal testers (your team) get builds right away, external testers (up to 10,000) after a short beta review.
Why it matters
App Review's spam questions ask what beta testing you did and what feedback changed the app. A real TestFlight round is the easy answer.
Our number
We tested our apps through automated Simulator runs instead of a public TestFlight beta, and said so in our 4.3 replies; those apps were still rejected.
