Short answerGive us your NAICS codes, keywords, certifications (small business, 8(a), SDVOSB, WOSB, HUBZone) and state. Every week we pull open solicitations and sources-sought notices from SAM.gov, open and forecast grants from Grants.gov, and on Team and Newsroom the federal contracts in your codes that end within 12 months, with the incumbent and the amount, so you can prepare for the recompete. You get a ranked list on your account page, by email and as a CSV.

How matching works

• Open bids: SAM.gov notices of type solicitation, combined synopsis, presolicitation, sources sought and special notice, in each of your NAICS codes and for each keyword. Award notices are left out.
• Set-asides: we read each notice for small business, 8(a), SDVOSB, WOSB and HUBZone wording and rank the ones that fit your certifications first.
• Grants: Grants.gov opportunities, posted or forecast, for your keywords.
• Recompetes: USAspending contracts in your 6-digit NAICS codes from the last four years whose period of performance ends in the next 12 months.
• New vs seen: every row is marked new the first week you see it.
• An analyst looks first: each weekly run waits a few hours as a draft so an analyst can drop bad matches before it is sent.

Limits: SAM.gov notices change often; always open the notice before you bid. Defense contract actions reach USAspending about 90 days after signing, so very recent awards may be missing.
